Immanuel and St Andrew Church of England Primary School is a voluntary aided Church of England School rooted in a community that contains many different religions and cultures. It has over 250 pupils aged 3-11. As well as a rich and diverse curriculum planned to offer all twelve national curriculum subjects, the school offers extra-curricular activities, in football, cricket, netball, handbells, steel pans, drama and a Holy Communion Preparation club. Many other activities are available either at the school or at the nearby churches that link with the school. The school also works with parents and the community on a number of areas including linking with local community groups in using the school’s facilities, including those specifically funded by Big Lottery Funding and a close working relationship with both Immanuel & Lewin Churches, including harvest, Christmas and Easter services
